Our Cheltenham development is a purpose‑built community housing project located around 18 kilometres southeast of Melbourne’s Central Business District, close to public transport, local services and community amenities.
Cheltenham forms part of Victoria’s broader investment in community housing and reflects our ongoing collaboration with government to increase housing supply and improve outcomes for lower income households.
This development provides secure, well‑designed homes that support people to live safely and independently.

Mt Waverley
Our Mt Waverley development is a purpose‑built community housing project located 16 kilometres southeast of Melbourne’s Central Business District. There are 96 apartments, responding to the growing need for safe, secure housing particularly older Victorians.
The apartments are designed to support independent living while fostering connection, stability and wellbeing. The building has one, two and three‑bedroom apartments, with design features that support accessibility and ageing in place.
Mt Waverley offers modern, energy‑efficient homes in a highly accessible location.

Geelong
Delivering safe, stable housing in the heart of Geelong.
The Myers Place development is a purpose‑built community housing project located in Geelong’s CBD, close to public transport, services and community amenities. The 11‑storey development provides 117 modern one and two‑bedroom homes, supporting people to live safely and independently within a well‑connected urban environment.
They have been designed with accessibility, comfort and sustainability in mind. The development offers secure, modern apartments that promote liveability, while integrating into the surrounding city environment.

Sydenham
The eight townhouses are community housing dwellings acquired by Affordable Rentals Victoria (ARV), a joint special purpose charity established by National Affordable Housing (NAH) and Common Equity Housing Limited (CEHL).
These townhouses are located in the Victorian suburb of Sydenham, 22 km north-west of Melbourne’s Central Business District within the city of Brimbank and managed by NAHV.
