How It Works

We secure the opportunity by assisting in the structuring of an affordable housing component to ensure the right mix and commercial structure that aligns to State and/or Federal Government requirements.

We manage the outcome by advertising, applicant eligibility assessment and allocation which can be extended to tenancy and asset management services. Our experienced tenancy and asset services teams manage thousands of assets on behalf of investors, with a focus on quality, resident satisfaction, timeliness, and sustainability in all of our practices. 

We ensure compliance to realise government requirements - we have more than 15 years’ experience in ensuring affordable housing compliance for our assets and for assets owned by investors. Our management of regulatory and compliance obligations resulted in subsidies and tax incentives of over $40m annually being secured for investors throughout the NRAS program. As a regulated housing provider we have the systems, skills and relationships with government to meet your contractual and regulatory requirements.
