Our Directors
Linda Hoskins
NAHV Board Chair
Linda brings over 30 years of experience in community, health, and government sectors, having served as a Non-Executive Director on various boards. Since 2012, she has operated her own IT consultancy focused on not-for-profit organizations, with deep expertise in community housing and government policy. She is particularly interested in board culture and corporate governance.
Peter Wells
NAH Board Chair
Peter is a seasoned executive and board director with extensive experience in
government, industry, and consulting. He has held key leadership roles and delivered significant results, specializing in customer service, regulation, urban planning, transport, environment, and infrastructure management.
Scott King
BuyAssist Board Chair
Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive strategic and operational experience, particularly at Board and Executive levels. His expertise spans the full spectrum of corporate and retail strategy, and he has also helped navigate Board and Management teams through periods of change.
Michael Schaumburg
Director
Michael is a chief executive and project director with three decades of varied experience in the infrastructure and resources sectors and industry development. Michael has an accomplished track record of growing organisations efficiently, effectively and delivering complex major projects to deliver significant shareholder value.
Samantha Challinor
Director
Samantha is a seasoned board director and Committee Chair skilled in governance, finance, and risk management. She collaborates with peers and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and maintain strong engagement. With over 20 years in senior accounting and leadership, Samantha brings financial, IT, risk, and project oversight to organisations across technology, nonprofit, and public health sectors.
Kerry Stubbings
Director
Kerry brings over 30 years of leadership in Victorian local government, not-for-profits, and state government. She has overseen community services including family, health, arts, housing, and engagement. Kerry has driven policies for affordable housing and tenant programs in public housing. She serves on public health boards and is an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate.
Our Executive Team
Brad Hosking
Chief Executive Officer
Brad Hosking became CEO of NAHV in November 2023. Before joining NAHV, he was Corporate Director at Common Equity Housing Limited, Australia's largest community housing provider by assets, overseeing finance, risk, real estate, and organizational development including HR, IT, and communications. He also served as CEHL’s CFO and Company Secretary. Brad’s background includes roles in construction, development finance, property, risk management, and business development, with experience from Suncorp Group, ANZ Bank, Swinburne University, and the Planning Institute of Australia.
Hariet Brummelhuis
Chief Operations Officer
Hariet Brummelhuis joined NAHV in 2020 and, has more than 15 years’ experience in executive roles in the human services sector, including 10 years in social and affordable housing across QLD and NSW, and various roles in organisations providing aged care, disability support, child safety and family support services. Hariet is an operations and corporate services professional with strengths in corporate governance, risk and compliance, human resources, finance, strategy, leadership, business development and transformation. Hariet holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting and is a GAICD and FGIA. Hariet is values driven and committed to providing outcomes that meet the needs of the community.
Adam Spee
Chief Financial Officer
Adam Spee is a values driven professional and joined NAHV in October 2019 with more than 15 years of experience in public and private sector accounting positions. Adam has significant audit experience in the not-for-profit sector in the Housing, Education, Medical, Redundancy Trust and Disability services. Adam has completed the Chartered Accountants Program and has 13 years of experience as a Director.
Matthew Crossley
GM - Quality Risk and Compliance/Company Secretary
Matthew Crossley is a senior leader with extensive experience in regulated and complex sectors. He joined NAHV in July 2024 after roles in banking and financial services focusing on public policy and governance. He has a strong background in defence industry risk and compliance and ten years in government and politics. Matthew serves on several not-for-profit boards and holds degrees in Public Administration, Business, and Leadership. He is also a qualified Justice of the Peace.

Richard Thomas
State Manager - Housing
Richard Thomas is a real estate professional with over 35 years of international experience in diverse sectors across Australasia, Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa, holding C-suite roles and working with various organisations in sourcing, advising, executing, and managing property assets and developments, including large-scale social housing and master-planned communities. He holds a Bachelor of Property Administration and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Victoria.
Roxanne Angus
Housing Services Lead - Officer in Effective Control
Roxanne Angus is a licensed real estate agent with more than 14 years’ experience in the property management industry. Roxanne has a demonstrated capability to co‑design and collaborate on housing programs, with a particular strength in critically assessing program design and feasibility against the Residential Tenancies Act while maintaining a high‑quality renter experience. Roxanne is committed to upholding the success and integrity of housing programs, as evidenced through her work on the Homes Victoria Affordable Housing program.
