Delivering Institutional Investment Impact through Everyone’s Place - NAH is the Tenancy Manager and a proud partner of Everyone’s Place, a consortium creating affordable housing outcomes in Southeast Queensland with consortium members, Tetris Capital, EveryOne Homes, (a dedicated division of Metricon), KDL Property Group and ANZ. The 483 housing outcomes are funded by Queensland Government. NAH manages advertising, eligibility assessment and allocation as well as tenancy management services to ensure ongoing compliance, minimise vacancies and optimise returns for investors.

Build-to-Rent Affordable Housing Allocation and Compliance Partner - We are Mirvac’s national affordable housing partner, supporting them to deliver on their affordable housing compliance requirements in its Build-to-Rent (BTR) ‘LIV Mirvac’ portfolio, whilst minimising vacancies. NAH Group is responsible for the letup including advertising, eligibility assessment and allocation of residents for affordable BTR dwellings and annual eligibility reviews. This service model ensures Mirvac meets its contractual obligations with government and maintains full control of all residences. Advertising affordable housing dwellings by the NAH Group is part of the strategy of differentiating market and affordable housing in the building with different rent setting models whilst ensuring residents have the same on-site living experience.

Homes Victoria Affordable - NAH is the lead entity of the Victorian Affordable Rentals Consortium (VARc). The Consortium provides end-to-end tenancy management services for Homes Victoria owned affordable housing dwellings in metropolitan and regional Victoria. The Consortium includes Barry Plant, Property Initiatives Real Estate and HERS Pty Ltd.

Delivering on Government and Private Investment in Partnership - Hallmarc and NAHV partnership sees the first project to deliver 83 affordable housing outcomes utilising the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF). NAHV is responsible for advertising, eligibility assessments and allocation as well as ongoing property management

Leading consortia to deliver on the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) - NAH Group delivered over 3,500 housing outcomes with NRAS incentives typically achieving 100% compliance and maximising $40m of incentive returns to investors annually. NAH directly managed 2,500 properties with the balance managed through consortia arrangements overseen by NAH.
